Have a Topic Idea for the 2017 James W. Freston Conference?

Submit your topic proposals for the 2017 James W. Freston Conference today. All AGA members are invited to participate. This is a unique opportunity for you to help determine the topic of the 1.5-day conference and a chance to serve as a conference director, if your topic is selected.

The AGA Institute Council is looking for novel proposals covering all areas of gastroenterology, in addition to suggestions for new speakers and innovative conference formats.

Since its inception, the James W. Freston Conference has presented cutting-edge science from leaders in the areas of celiac disease, Barrett's esophagus, stems cells, IBS and fecal microbiota transplantation. This conference typically attracts more than 100 attendees from around the world and offers speakers and attendees an intimate environment to share findings and foster collaboration.

The 2017 conference topic is up to you. Submit your proposal by Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, by emailing agacouncil@gastro.org.

Funding for the conference is provided by an educational endowment from Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A.
